Arvind Kumar is a serial entrepreneur and founder of SkillVolt and Anav Energetics. His expertise ls in design development, testing, validation, and manufacturing of advanced High-Voltage Li-Ion battery packs for automotive, eVTOL, and Energy Storage applications.

Arvind Kumar comes with more than 20 years of industry experience with global organizations like Caterpillar, Cummins, and GE where he mastered Six Sigma and got his Black Belt Certification. He is well-versed in both DAMIC and DMEDI (DFSS) methodologies for implementing Six Sigma in the automotive industry. Arvind has led multiple Six Sigma implementation projects for various OEMs during his tenure making him an SME and an ideal trainer.

Arvind was Head of Product Validation at Ather, Head of Systems Engineering at Exicom, Head of HV Systems Engineering at Sono Motors GmbH, Germany, Dual Direction for VinES and QCC at Vinfast, Hanoi, and CTO of Samsar Resources LLC, a US-based company focused on 2nd life for batteries that have retired from EV use.
